Agnès Debains has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Agnès started their career as an Assistant Product Manager for Make-up at Parfums Givenchy in 2003. Agnès then worked as an Assistant Product Manager for Kerastase at L'Oréal from January 2005 to July 2005.

In September 2005, they joined Cosmetic Village as a Product Manager, where they focused on the development of Private Label Cosmetic products for Mass market distributors such as Casino, Monoprix, and Ed.

Agnès then moved to L'Occitane en Provence in 2007, where they held various roles over the years. Agnès started as a Product Manager from October 2007 to December 2009, then became the Skincare Group Manager from January 2010 to August 2012. From August 2012 to January 2015, they served as the International Digital Director.

In July 2014, Agnès took on the role of International Omni-channel project Director & E-commerce Director for Emerging Brands at L'Occitane en Provence. Their responsibilities included developing strategies, tools, and internationally rolling out projects with a retail and digital dimension combined.

Agnès later became the Operational Marketing, Retail, and Digital Director for ERBORIAN Brand, a French-Korean skincare brand acquired by L'Occitane en Provence in 2012. In this role, which they held from September 2015 to December 2016, they were in charge of various areas including the French website, international development and coordination, and the management of the first ERBORIAN store.

Most recently, Agnès Debains co-founded airfree in January 2017, where they currently hold the position of Co-founder - VP Product & Marketing. This company aims to reinvent the inflight shopping experience by providing airlines with a SaaS solution specifically adapted to onboard e-commerce and dynamic content display.

Agnès Debains' education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor's degree at Lycée Henri IV, though the specific field of study is not provided. Following this, they attended Collège Stanislas Paris, where they pursued a Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles de commerce, again without a specified field of study. Agnès then went on to earn a Master's degree in Marketing from ESCP Business School, completing their education in 2005.
