Joe Thome

Joe Thome has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joe began their career at Motorola in 1989 as a DSP Engineer. After working at Nextwave Wireless as a Marketing Manager, they joined Dot Wireless as a CFO. In 2000, they joined Texas Instruments as a Marketing & Business Development Director. From 2007 to 2009, they served as CFO at DIS Partners LLC. Joe then worked at Orca Systems as VP of Business Development from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they joined Protomatics, Inc. as VP of Sales and Marketing. Most recently, they have been with AirHop Communications, where they held the positions of Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Business Operations and Marketing. Joe Thome also operated their own consulting firm, Loma Montage LLC, where they served as Principal Consultant, offering management consulting services to technology companies.

Joe Thome obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa, where they attended from 1984 to 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technological University, studying from 1990 to 1994. Later, they enrolled at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and completed their studies from 1994 to 1996, earning an MBA. During their MBA program, Joe focused their studies on Entrepreneurial Studies, Marketing, and Finance.
