Nihel Chabrak

Nihel Chabrak is a co-founder of AirImpact, a tech platform focused on redefining the nature-based carbon sector through technology, climate action, and sustainable finance since February 2023. Previously, Nihel served as the UAE Chairperson and team leader at Global Entrepreneurship Monitor from February 2016 to March 2022. Nihel held multiple roles at the United Arab Emirates University, including Professor, Executive Director of the UAEU Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, and Associate Professor and CEO of UAEU Science & Innovation Park, where innovative programs and partnerships were established. Nihel’s academic credentials include a PhD in Accounting from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and several certificates related to entrepreneurship and innovation.
