Kay Hall

Kay Hall has worked in a variety of roles in the HR and business development fields since 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at KPMG Belgium. Kay then moved to KPMG Consulting in 2001, where they were a Senior Recruiter. In 2002, they became a Business Development Manager at Map Relocations, and in 2008 they were a Global Mobility Consultant at Yahmenow Associates bvba. In 2009, they joined AIRINC as Vice President of the EMEA region, and was later promoted to Managing Director EMEA and Business Development Director EMEA. In 2018, they became SVP Global Advisory Services EMEA at NetExpat, and in 2019 they began working as an Independent Business Consultant at Willow Barn Consulting. In 2020, they took on the role of Business Coach & Advisor at A2B Global Mindset and Strategy & Growth Lead at MoveAssist. Kay is currently Sr Director Global Partnerships at AIRINC.

Kay Hall attended The British School of Brussels from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in French and Economics. Kay then attended Rugby School from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained A levels in Economics, French, and German. In 1985, they began attending Royal Holloway, University of London and obtained a BA in French and Economics in 1989. In 2016, they attended London Business School and obtained an Essentials of Leadership certification.
