Jeremiah Jinno has been working in the technology industry since 2004. Jeremiah began their career at Toadcha as a Jobsite Manager. In 2007, they worked as an Intern at EMC Corp. and as a Test Automation/Software Engineer at Omneon, Inc. At Harmonic from 2010 to 2020, they were a Linux Generalist/Senior SRE Developer and a Linux Generalist/Senior Software Engineer. Since 2020, they have been an Everything DevOps at Airkit. During their career, they have been responsible for developing tools, libraries, and infrastructure for use in monitoring, emergency response, problem reporting, deployment and maintenance of highly-available cloud environments, providing in-depth Linux/Kubernetes troubleshooting documentation, general product KBAs, and training to T1/T2 support staff, implementing a solution for pairing and un-pairing nodes via Linux HA, developing/maintaining system-diagnosis utilities, a log rotation utility, and multiple fixes/modifications to DHCP/dhclient, updating Linux FSD for partial-open-source self-building, various system & test scripts, and file-system troubleshooting and repair utilities, and developing and maintaining a test description language and automation platform used to reproduce complex multi-system workflows in a test environment.

Jeremiah Jinno received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2007. Prior to this, they attended De Anza College.
