Rouven Baumann

Rouven Baumann currently serves as Station Manager ZRH and Head of Corporate Services at Airline Assistance Switzerland AG since December 2020. Prior to this role, Rouven Baumann accumulated extensive experience at Swissport from May 2003 to June 2020, culminating in the position of COO for Swissport Korea Ltd., where oversight included nearly 900 employees and focus on operational performance, profitability, and market share. Rouven Baumann has held various leadership positions within Swissport, including Head Passenger Services, Team Manager & Deputy Head Passenger Services, and Customer Service Manager roles, managing teams ranging from 12 to 80 employees. Rouven Baumann's educational background includes a CAS in School Leadership, a Federal Diploma in Leadership and Management, and multiple management certifications from AKAD, alongside a Matura in Economics from Kantonsschule am Burggraben.
