Shelby Rottschafer

Shelby Rottschafer is a Senior User Experience Engineer at Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), managing the Flight Design System, a React component library, while collaborating with UX designers on accessible design. Previously, Shelby held positions as a User Experience Engineer at Herman Miller, focusing on headless CMS projects and contributing to the Picnic Design System’s React codebase. Earlier experience includes several years as a Front-End Developer at BizStream, leading web project development, and as a Junior Web Developer at Poetic Systems, working on Drupal-based projects. Shelby began the professional journey as a Web Developer Apprentice/Intern and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Information from Michigan State University.
