Richard Welch

Richard Welch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Richard started their career as a Laser Technician at Laser Services Inc. in 1995. From 1992 to 2003, they worked as an Avionics Guidance Control Specialist at New Hampshire Air National Guard. In 2001, they joined Avid Technology as a Sustaining Senior Engineer, where they were responsible for sustaining firmware and diagnostic code base, as well as developing storage diagnostic utilities. Richard stayed with Avid Technology until 2008. In the same year, they joined Airmar Technology Corporation as a Team Lead, Test Engineering, and later became the Manager, Software & Test Engineering in 2014. Overall, they have extensive experience in software and test engineering, avionics guidance control, and laser technician roles.

Richard Welch attended the University of New Hampshire from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
