Kathleen Pihl has extensive experience in marketing and customer service roles, currently serving as a Marketing Assistant at Airmatic since May 2011, where responsibilities include customer service, data entry, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, logistics coordination, and copywriting, with a transition to remote work in September 2013. Additional marketing experience includes contributions to the Providence Roller Derby as a member of the Marketing Committee in early 2020 and serving as the Social Media Coordinator for Worcester Roller Derby from May 2016 to August 2019, alongside a tenure as Vice President for the organization during the 2017-2018 period. Earlier roles include teaching at Crossroads Christian Childcare Center, administrative positions at Crimson Review and Newark Academy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Eastern University, obtained in 2011.
