Joyce Zhao

Joyce Zhao is an experienced professional in the field of analytical development and science, currently serving as the Director of Analytical Development at AIRNA since May 2025. Previously, Joyce held various leadership roles at Myeloid Therapeutics, including Director and Head of Analytical Science, and Associate Director of Analytical Development. Prior experience also includes a position as Senior Scientist at CRISPR Therapeutics and multiple roles at bluebird bio, progressing from Scientist I to Scientist II. Joyce began the career at Idera Pharmaceuticals as a Scientist. Joyce earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from Boston College and a Master's degree in Regulatory Science from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs.
