Ritu Rana

Ritu Rana has extensive experience in recruitment and staffing. Ritu began their career in 2010 as an IT Recruiter for Vajra Infotech LLC, where they provided recruitment services to a variety of SI partners across the US and managed background screening processes. In 2011, they joined OST International-aCDCGS Company as an IT Recruiter and Quinnox as a Corporate Recruiter. At Quinnox, they worked with a technology-focused company offering the full spectrum of IT lifecycle solutions. In 2013, they joined Vati Solutions Inc. as an Executive Recruiter, providing strategic and operational oversight of recruiting process outsourcing model development and execution. In 2018, they became an Associate Manager at Brillio, a BAIN CAPITAL invested IT Consulting firm, and in 2019 they joined AiRo Digital Labs as a Senior Recruiting Manager -DTBU, where they are focused on accelerating adoption of Emerging Tech for their clients.

Ritu Rana's education history includes a MA in Economics from CCS University between 2002 and 2004, a PGDBM in HRM from Institute of Management Studies,Ghaziabad between 1998 and 2000, and a BA in Sociology (honors) from MCM DAV College,Chandigarh between 1995 and 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in 2017, including Time Management Fundamentals, Building Your Professional Network, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, Professional Networking, Sales Performance Measurement and Reporting, and Talent Sourcing.
