Derek Ho

Derek Ho has over 15 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Manager of IT (Risk & Cybersecurity) at 香港機場管理局 since September 2018. Prior to this role, Derek worked as an Information Security Analyst at The Hong Kong Jockey Club from January 2017 to September 2018, and as a Systems Analyst for the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from August 2010 to January 2017. Earlier positions include Systems Analyst at Hutchison Whampoa Properties Limited from 2008 to 2010 and Network Analyst at Kam Yuen (Group) International Limited from 2006 to 2009. Derek holds a Master’s Degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Oxford Brookes University.
