Michele Halpin

Michele Halpin has a strong background in project management, design, and hospitality. Michele is currently the Director of Design And Construction - Partnerships at Airport Dimensions, where they excel in developing and executing creative design solutions and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to this, they served as a Regional Operations Manager at the same company, overseeing operations, customer satisfaction, and vendor management for airport lounges.

Before joining Airport Dimensions, Michele worked as an Independent Hospitality Consultant at Halpin LLC, where they provided consulting services to major hotel brands and hospitality management companies. Michele focused on improving underperforming properties and ensuring strong financial results.

Michele also has experience as the Opening General Manager & Brand Developer at Furnished Quarters, where they provided general management and brand development consulting. Additionally, they worked as the Northeast Region Bench General Manager at Island Hospitality Management, overseeing new location openings and improving underperforming properties through operational streamlining and team development. Prior to that, Michele served as the Assistant General Manager at Orangeburg Holiday Inn, where they managed financial and operational reports and provided leadership under critical timelines.

Michele Halpin's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Art Therapy from St. Thomas Aquinas College, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA in Hospitality Administration/Management at Florida Atlantic University from 2022 to 2024.

These include Corporate Finance Fundamentals, Reading Financial Statements, and Excel Fundamentals – Formulas for Finance from the Corporate Finance Institute.
