Rex Duhon has extensive experience in operations and management across the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as Operations Strategy Manager and formerly as Lounge Operations Manager at Airport Dimensions since October 2016, Rex manages day-to-day operations in the U.S. Prior roles include General Manager at Saltgrass Steak House for over 16 years, Regional Manager at New American Food Products, Inc. from 1994 to 2000, Regional General Manager at Taco Bell, and Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group Houston’s Restaurant. Rex began a career in management as Director of Operations at Worldwide Concessions in the mid-1980s. Educated at Oklahoma State University, Rex earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
