Aishwarya Singh

Aishwarya Singh serves as the Strategy and Operations Manager in the CEO’s Office at Hevo Data since October 2025. Prior to this role, Aishwarya was with HireQuotient from December 2021 to September 2025, where Aishwarya held the position of Head of Strategic Projects and was a founding member at a B2B SaaS startup focused on building AI recruitment agents. Aishwarya effectively managed a horizontal portfolio encompassing sales operations, product scaling, team and culture building, and customer success, achieving over $1 million in revenue within the first year and maintaining a net revenue retention rate of over 120%. Aishwarya’s prior experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at YCP Auctus, where Aishwarya was rated in the top 5% of the cohort, Core Team Member and Events Head at Rendezvous IITD, and multiple consulting and research positions at prestigious organizations such as Harvard University and EPFL. Aishwarya holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
