Mark MacLean

Mark Maclean has extensive experience in the aviation and energy sectors, currently serving as the Regional General Manager for the Cape Town International Airport Cluster at Airports Company South Africa since October 2006. Responsibilities include ensuring the sustainability and commercial viability of airport operations, along with managing various airport functions such as security, engineering, and emergency services. Previous roles at Airports Company South Africa also covered maintenance and engineering aspects for essential infrastructure. Prior to this, Mark Maclean was the High Voltage Plant Manager at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, overseeing electricity transmission and distribution. Academically, Mark Maclean holds an Executive MBA with distinction from the University of Cape Town, an Executive Development Programme certificate from Henley Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, along with professional engineering credentials.
