Patrick Haley, CFM, C.M., ACE, serves as the Air Cargo Facilities Manager at Port of Seattle since September 2018, overseeing airport air cargo facilities and ensuring their operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. In addition, Patrick chairs the Air Cargo Committee for Airports Council International - North America, promoting the advancement of air cargo knowledge and practices among airport operators. With a background in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a First Sergeant, alongside roles in various logistics and air transportation management positions at FedEx Logistics, Panalpina, Delta Air Lines, and Northwest Airlines, Patrick has a comprehensive understanding of air cargo operations and logistics. Patrick holds a Certificate in Facilities Management from the University of Washington, as well as Associate degrees in Aviation Operations and Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force.

Airports Council International - North America

Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) represents local, regional, and state governing bodies that own and operate commercial airports in the United States and Canada.
