Automotive Sales (Inside Sales) In-bound Calls

MUST RESIDE IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA

Position: Sales (Inside Sales) In-bound Calls

Job Duties:

  • Work in-bound sales and customer service calls.

  • Plan and prioritize sales activities. Effectively manage time and productivity.

  • Maintain existing and develop new customers. The objective is to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

  • Use customer and prospect contact management tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.

  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.

  • Adhere to all company policies.

Skills:

Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality and customer service. Empathetic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Conducts business with integrity. Has concern for personal appearance in a business environment. Able to get along with others and be a team-player.

Specific Job Skills: Automotive parts & sales knowledge, customer service, service writing in an automotive parts/mechanical environment preferred. Able to effectively communicate verbally over the phone, in writing, and online. Able to manage daily activities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Business and Selling Skills: Must be a good communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience in managing accounts with end users and commercial accounts, while focusing on sales development.
