Automotive Sales (Inside Sales) In-bound Calls
MUST RESIDE IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA
Position: Sales (Inside Sales) In-bound Calls
Job Duties:
Work in-bound sales and customer service calls.
Plan and prioritize sales activities. Effectively manage time and productivity.
Maintain existing and develop new customers. The objective is to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Use customer and prospect contact management tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
Adhere to all company policies.
Skills:
Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality and customer service. Empathetic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Conducts business with integrity. Has concern for personal appearance in a business environment. Able to get along with others and be a team-player.
Specific Job Skills: Automotive parts & sales knowledge, customer service, service writing in an automotive parts/mechanical environment preferred. Able to effectively communicate verbally over the phone, in writing, and online. Able to manage daily activities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Business and Selling Skills: Must be a good communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience in managing accounts with end users and commercial accounts, while focusing on sales development.
