Klara Coates

Klara Coates is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently serving as HR Transformation Lead and Employee Support Lead at Airservices Australia since April 2021, Klara has previously held significant roles at Toll Group as Program Manager focusing on transformation and customer continuous improvement from May 2016 to April 2021. Klara's career also includes a tenure as HR & Transformation Manager at Executive HR Solutions, where key HR initiatives were developed to foster cultural change. As a Transformation & Change Consultant, Klara supported corporate transformation programs and managed HR activities for 350 employees. An earlier role as HR Advice Manager at AMP involved leadership in multiple locations, delivering HR solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. Klara holds a Bachelor of Arts/Commerce degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, and Psychology from Deakin University.
