Shay O'Connor

Shay O'Connor is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational culture. Currently serving as the HR Transformation Lead and Senior HR Business Partner at Catholic Healthcare since October 2020, Shay has previously held significant roles at Allity Aged Care as a Business Partner in People & Culture, and at Accor as the Director of Talent & Culture and Senior Human Resources Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions at Sodexo Australia Pty Ltd as a Human Resources Advisor, and at Pittwater RSL Club as both Human Resources Manager and Officer. Shay's academic credentials include a Master of Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney and a dual degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Macquarie University.
