Matt Baker

Matt Baker is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Flight Information Management System (FIMS) Project Manager at Airservices Australia since July 2023. In previous roles, Matt held various project management and analytical positions within the Office of Industrial Relations and Queensland Health, successfully overseeing multiple critical projects, including a $6 million Document Management System initiative. Achievements include recognition for outstanding support in user acceptance testing and the successful completion of numerous IT projects. With a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (Computing) from the University of New England, Matt has developed a strong foundation in project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery within both the public health and safety sectors.
