Michelle Bentley is an experienced change manager and technology adoption consultant with a background in strategic workplace programs and educational technology. Currently serving as Change Manager for the Strategic Workplace Programme at Airservices Australia, Michelle previously held roles that include Change Manager and Delivery Lead at YMCA Victoria, and Senior Information Technology Specialist Consultant at the Department of Education & Training, Victoria, where Michelle led initiatives for technology deployment in schools. Michelle has extensive expertise in promoting collaboration and communication technology across various sectors, having worked with notable organizations such as NAB and Taleka, where Michelle developed and executed technology adoption strategies and training programs. Michelle holds a Diploma of Systems Technology and a degree in Business Marketing.
