Eleanore Falck has a diverse range of work experience. Eleanore began their career in 2019 as a Graphic Design Intern at the Great Lakes Indian Fish & Wildlife Commission, where they developed an educational web and mobile game called Growing Up Ojibwe: The Game. Eleanore also worked at the University of Wisconsin-Stout as a Game Design Art Supplemental Instructor, mentoring student game development teams in game art and design. Additionally, Eleanore worked as a Student Specialist at the University, managing a database of current student employees and assisting with hiring and scheduling new employees.

In 2021, Eleanore joined iD Tech Camps as an Online Private Lesson Instructor, teaching introductory lessons on various software tools and ensuring a positive experience for students. Eleanore also served as a Guest Speaker during the same year.

Eleanore's most recent work experience includes a role as a Junior Environment Artist at The Molasses Flood, where they worked on Project Sirius, a multiplayer Witcher game. Eleanore contributed to defining the game's art style and authored various game assets. Currently, they are an Environment Artist at Airship Syndicate, starting in 2023.
