Gina Shilhanek

Gina Shilhanek is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People Operations and Strategic HR Business Partner at Airship since January 2019, where responsibilities include supporting scalable HR programs and providing strategic advice on various employee relations topics. Previously, Gina held key HR roles at organizations such as OHSU Foundation as HR Director, Oregon Food Bank as Director of People & Culture and HR Manager, and Ensequence in several capacities, culminating as HR Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions at Portland Public Schools as a High School Alt Ed Teacher and Kettle Foods as a Sr HR Generalist, with foundational HR experience gained at Renaissance Holdings, Inc. Gina earned a BA in Literature and Philosophy and a MAT in Education from Pacific University.
