Vladyslav Nevhen

Vladyslav Nevhen has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Vladyslav started their career at Freelance in 2016 as a Software Engineer (Backend), where they worked on various backend projects. In 2016, they joined Devlify as a Software Engineer (Backend) and continued to develop their skills in backend development.

In 2017, Vladyslav joined airSlate as a Software Engineer (Backend), where they worked on a service responsible for processing documents. Vladyslav also worked on prototyping a new microservice project with a scalable architecture. During their time at airSlate, they gained experience with PHP, Yii2, Docker, and various other technologies.

Vladyslav then moved on to a role as a Software Engineer (Backend) at airSlate, where they worked on the core of product marketing pages. Vladyslav'sresponsibilities included code and database optimizations, as well as improving maintainability. Vladyslav also researched and compared search engines, gaining experience with PHP, Java, Sphinx, and Elastic Search.

In 2019, Vladyslav took on the role of Programming Team Lead at airSlate, where they were responsible for the product marketing section. Vladyslav focused on decreasing technical debt, optimizing the backend part, and task prioritization. Vladyslav also played a key role in onboarding newcomers and creating communication and processes.

Continuing to progress in their career, Vladyslav became a Team Lead / Technical Lead at airSlate in 2019. In this role, they led the technical part of marketing projects focused on the B2C segment. Vladyslav'sresponsibilities included architecting solutions, choosing development approaches, and team development. Vladyslav also conducted interviews, monitored projects, and investigated incidents.

Since April 2022, Vladyslav has been working at airSlate as an Engineering Team Lead (Department Lead). This role involves leading the engineering team and overseeing departmental operations.

Throughout their career, Vladyslav has gained knowledge and experience working with technologies such as PHP, MySQL, Documentdb, Redis, Memcached, Laravel, Symfony, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, and Docker. Vladyslav has proven their ability to lead teams, develop solutions, and optimize backend systems.

Vladyslav Nevhen attended the Kyiv Economic Institute of Management from 2009 to 2013. Despite not completing their degree, they pursued studies in the field of Management of Organizations during this time.
