Eduard Maidman

Eduard Maidman has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Phy Engineer at Airspan Networks since June 2018. Prior to this role, Eduard held various engineering positions including DSP & Embedded R&D Engineer and Team Leader at RADVISION/Avaya, where expertise in video conferencing solutions was developed. Eduard also worked as a DSP R&D Engineer at Dialogic, focusing on 2G/3G mobile networks and bandwidth optimization algorithms. Earlier experience includes significant contributions to VoIP networks at Veraz Networks and DSP systems for TDM networks at ECI Telecom, showcasing a strong background in signal processing and system optimization across multiple technologies.
