Jacob Gonik (Kobi)

Jacob (Kobi) Gonik is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software and validation engineering within the telecommunications and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Verification Engineer at SolarEdge Technologies since June 2023, Kobi focuses on building infrastructure setups and local automation for testing. Prior roles include System Validation Engineer at Airspan Networks, where responsibilities encompassed defining test plans and implementing automation in Python, and Validation Engineer at Titan Automotive Solutions, specializing in Linux embedded test programs and root cause analysis. Previous experience at Telit and Motorola Solutions involved modem testing and software development, while early career work at IAI included real-time programming for DSP processors. Kobi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the Technion and has pursued further studies at the Technion and IAI.
