Gala Gutiérrez

Gala Gutiérrez has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Gala started their career as Cabin Crew at LAN Airlines in 2011, then moved on to work as a Recruiter at Rio 2016. Gala continued their HR journey at Insight Consultoria, Roche, and Even Construtora, where they held roles related to talent development and recruiting. Gala then transitioned to roles at RINA and Infotree Global Solutions, focusing on LATAM recruitment. Gala'smost recent position is at Airswift as the Delivery Centre (Recruiting) Lead, showcasing their leadership skills in recruitment processes.

Gala Gutiérrez completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2013 to 2017. Gala also pursued a degree in People Management, earning an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2021 and 2023. Additionally, they studied Portuguese Language and Literature at CCBP Centro Cultural Brasil-Perú from 2009 to 2011 and English Language and Literature at Asociacion Cultural Peruano Britanica (Britanico) from 2007 to 2009.
