Janelle Pon

Janelle Pon is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at Airtable. Prior to this role, Janelle held multiple positions at Slack, including People Partner, Manager, Senior People Partner, and Senior Global Immigration & Mobility Program Manager. Janelle's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Generalist and Recruiting & HR Coordinator at ClearSlide, Inc., a Staffing Consultant at HYHR, and a Legislative Intern in the Office of Supervisor David Chiu for the City and County of San Francisco. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from San Jose State University.
