Valentine Décamps

Valentine Décamps is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Airtable and Cloudflare, Inc. Since November 2022, Valentine has focused on enhancing the experiences of Enterprise customers at Airtable. At Cloudflare, Valentine has successfully retained large clients and facilitated cross-selling opportunities through strong relationship management and a high degree of empathy. Previous roles include Senior Destination Manager and International Sales & Portfolio Manager at Withlocals, where Valentine improved customer satisfaction and expanded service offerings. Valentine has also contributed to the corporate innovation sector through internships at Philips, and received a Master’s Degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
