Zoe Bridges is the Senior Manager of Customer Support at Airtable. Zoe has previously worked as a Group Product Manager at Clover Health and as VP, Mobile Innovations & Consumer Experience at JPMorgan Chase. At Clover, Zoe was responsible for developing predictive analytics to improve the quality of life for the company's members and reduce hospitalizations. At JPMorgan Chase, Zoe was responsible for the interaction design, strategy, and program management of the Innovation & Digital Experience Team. Zoe also helped establish the innovation team's early presence at Chase through the design of several executive presentations. Zoe has a strong background in designing and developing mobile applications, as well as coordinating remote teams and advocating for the customer experience.

Zoe Bridges has a degree in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a second degree from the School of Visual Arts.
