Al C. has over 20 years of work experience in the fields of eCommerce, digital marketing, web development, and analytics. Al began their career in 1997 as the Principal and Partner of CyberFish Studios LLC, a full-service e-commerce and digital marketing firm. In 2002, they moved to the National Academy for State Health Policy, where they worked as an IS/ Technology Specialist and Research Analyst. In 2007, they joined L.L.Bean/Sapphire Technology as a Sr. Web Developer and Programmer. In 2009, they began working at Only Hearts LLC as the Director of Web Operations and IS/E-commerce, and at the same time, they also began working at Aetrex Worldwide as the Director of Ecommerce. In 2016, they moved to Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI) as the Senior Ecommerce Director. In 2017, they joined The Mountain as the Vice President of Digital & eCommerce and Director of eCommerce. In 2019, they began working at Tractor Supply Company as a Technical Implementation Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they joined AirTank as the VP of Accounts.

Al C. began their educational journey at St. Benedicts Prep. Al then attended Bowdoin College from 1993 to 1997, earning a BA/BS in Computer Sci and Business Administration. Finally, they attended Stanford University from 2002 to 2004, earning an MS in Computer and Information Sciences, General.
