Helen Milne Fcipd

Helen Milne FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent and Development Lead and HR Policy Lead at AirTanker since March 2021, Helen has successfully developed the People Portal and revised HR policies. Prior to this role, Helen worked at Thames Valley Police from September 1994 to November 2020 as an HR Business Partner focusing on Employment Relations, Innovation, and Change. Helen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in People Management from Oxford Brookes University and a B.Ed (Hons) in Education and French/Physical Education from Nottingham Trent University.
