Jim P. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim started their career in the British Army, serving as an Infantry Captain from 1990 to 1996. After that, they joined Astbury Marsden as a Senior Consultant in Equities, where they established and managed a successful equities desk, working with Euro and US Investment Bank clients.

In 1999, Jim moved to The Rose Partnership as a Senior Consultant in Equities, serving clients like JP Morgan and UBS Warburg in the senior equities and derivatives businesses. Jim continued in this role until 2002 when they transitioned to The Royal Household as the Head of HR until 2007.

From 2008 to 2010, Jim worked at Dyson as the Group Head of HR and Global Head of Talent. Jim was responsible for HR strategy, global talent management, employee relations, internal communications, organizational development, and operations.

Since 2010, Jim has been associated with AirTanker. Jim started as the HR Director, overseeing the HR operations of this commercial airline supplying the UK Government. Currently, they are the CPO, leading the People and Culture strategy, including the People, Training, and Communications teams. Jim is also driving an organizational redesign and cultural transformation program to support the company's significant growth agenda, incorporating innovative thinking and new technology.
