Lori Herbert

Lori Herbert has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Global Human Resources Director at Airtech Vacuum, Inc. Lori joined the company in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Watts Water Technologies as an HR Director from February 2017 to January 2022. In this role, Lori was responsible for overseeing HR strategic planning, employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, and employee development for a division of 500 employees across 5 US sites. Before joining Watts Water Technologies, Lori was the HR Manager at AERCO International, Inc. from August 2005 to January 2022, where they managed all HR functions and led HR due diligence processes for two acquisitions in 2016. Lori began their HR career at Mutual of America, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in Employee Benefits from August 2000 to August 2005.

Lori Herbert earned a Bachelor's degree in American Studies, with a focus on English, History, and Political Science, from Rowan University. Lori attended from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degree, Lori obtained several certifications related to their field. In 2006, they became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Lori also obtained an Employment Law Certificate from the EANJ in 2007. In 2015, Lori obtained the SHRM - SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
