Paschal James Shila

Paschal James Shila has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Paschal James started their career in 2010 as an IT and E banking officer at UBA Group before moving on to Tecic - Telecoms and Civil works, where they served as a Senior Project Manager from December 2010 to April 2015. In 2015, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Senior Project Manager and worked there until May 2021. Currently, Paschal is working as a Project Head at Airtel Tanzania since September 2021.

Paschal James Shila attended Makongo High School from 2000 to 2003, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. From 2006 to 2009, they studied at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree in Electronics Science and Communication.
