Anders Skjærholt

Anders Skjærholt has a diverse work experience in various industries. Anders began their career in 2011 as a Junior Executive Officer at Statistics Norway, working in the Division of Social Surveys. In the same year, they also worked as a Staffing, Recruitment, and Hiring Consultant at AIESEC, where they established internships with Norwegian businesses in the IT sector and matched them with foreign M.Sc students.

In 2012, Anders joined DNB as a Customer Service representative before transitioning to Skanska as a Real Estate Sales Assistant. At Skanska, they worked in sales support until November 2015.

Anders returned to DNB in August 2015 as a Group Trainee, participating in the bank's two-year trainee program. Throughout this program, they worked in various units within the financial group, including one of DNB's international offices. Anders'sprogram concluded in August 2017 when they became a Product Owner for DNB Open Banking. Anders held this position until March 2019.

Starting in March 2019, Anders worked at Boligmappa AS as a Product Owner. Anders was responsible for various product-related tasks until July 2022.

In August 2022, Anders joined Airthings as a Product Manager, a position they currently hold.

Anders Skjærholt began their education by attending Lambertseter VGS from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they studied Allmenne, økonomiske og administrative fag. Anders then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Economics degree at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2009 to 2012, specializing in Samfunnsøkonomi. Anders furthered their education at UiO by pursuing an Economics (M.Phil) degree from 2013 to 2015, again focusing on Samfunnsøkonomi.

Additionally, Anders participated in two exchange programs during their educational journey. In 2011, they attended UNSW on an Exchange Program, studying International Business for a brief period. In 2014, they attended Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin as part of the Erasmus Exchange, focusing on Economics - Volkswirtschaftwissenschaft.

Alongside their formal education, Anders also obtained certifications in the following areas. In May 2018, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance. In February 2018, they completed the Design Thinking Bootcamp at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (d.school).
