Enmanuel Quinones has a diverse range of work experience in customer support and project management roles. Enmanuel began their career at Powerhouse as an Assistant Project Manager, where they successfully coordinated logistics, created project scopes, and managed project changes. Enmanuel then transitioned to Schluter Systems, where they served as a Customer Support Specialist in two different roles. In the Product Knowledge role, they managed error handling, answered customer questions, and provided sales and marketing support. In the Sales Order Processing role, they entered and processed purchase orders, resolved order issues, and prioritized customer satisfaction. Most recently, Enmanuel joined Airthings as a Customer Success Specialist B2C, where they collaborated with the CS team to improve support processes, handled technical troubleshooting, and developed customer-facing messaging and chatbots. Enmanuel Quinones began their education in 2012 at the University of Arkansas, where they studied Biology, General. Enmanuel attended the University of Arkansas until 2016. In 2016, Enmanuel Quinones transitioned to the University of North Texas to pursue a Bachelor of Integrated Studies with a focus on Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology.
