Jeff Watson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jeff began their career as the Head of Technology at Abbey National/Santander Group, where they oversaw multiple releases and managed internet IT change management. Jeff later served as the CEO of Blastbeat Ltd, an international online music and multimedia company, leading a global team and implementing innovative strategies. With IBM Global Business Services, Jeff worked as an Associate Partner, focusing on digital and mobile channel transformation for financial services and consumer products companies. At Barclays Corporate Channels, they worked on digital strategy and transformation. Jeff then joined ANZ Bank as the Head of Digital Projects, where they developed digital resourcing teams and improved overall digital transformation and delivery capabilities.
