Darren Ansell

Darren Ansell is an experienced professional in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director of Real Estate at AirTrunk since September 2025. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Senior Director Investment at ESR Group focusing on data centres from May 2024 to September 2025. Between January 2022 and May 2024, Darren was the Lead for Global Infrastructure - Strategy & Acquisition at Google. Additional experience includes Principal at Xander Investment Management, Managing Director at Private Venture, and various leadership roles at PGIM Real Estate, where Darren was the Regional Chief Underwriter for Asia Pacific. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Auckland, an MBA in Real Estate from NUS Business School, and several advanced qualifications in real estate investment and architecture.
