Craig Katterfield

Craig Katterfield, CCIM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Real Estate at SiteOne Landscape Supply since March 2018, previously holding the role of Director of Real Estate. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Investment Sales at Crossman & Company from May 2011 to January 2018, where responsibilities included direct marketing of investment sales and managing a significant Publix Corporate portfolio. Katterfield also worked as Senior Associate at Crossman & Company, representing Central Florida and dealing with a portfolio of over 40 Publix-anchored shopping centers. The career began at First Capital Property Group, Inc. as an Associate of Retail Services, managing a diverse portfolio of retail shopping centers in Central and Northern Florida. Katterfield holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member from the CCIM Institute.
