Aditi Mantri

Aditi Mantri is currently a Senior Manager in Strategy and Operations at Airwallex, having joined in July 2023. Prior experience includes a role in strategy at LemmaTree and founding a bootstrapped kids’ education startup. Aditi has also contributed to strategy and planning at Uber, focusing on Eats operations across multiple APAC regions. Previous positions include Strategy Associate at Cargill, where Aditi worked on growth strategies and cost optimization projects, and Junior Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where Aditi advanced from Business Analyst. Early career experiences include internships at Teach For India and KPMG Advisory. Aditi holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech with Honors in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
