Christian Brutzman

Christian Brutzman began their career in 1988 as a National Sales Account Executive at Equifax. In 1997, they joined Andersen Consulting as a Change Management Analyst. Christian then moved to J.A. Jones Inc in 1998 as a Process Owner for Workforce Management. In 2003, they became the HR Director at NC Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. In 2005, they transitioned to Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) as an HR Business Partner. In 2010, they joined DukeNet Communications as a Senior Human Resources Director. In 2013, they moved to Duke Energy Corporation as an Human Resources Principal. Finally, in 2022, Christian Brutzman took on the role of SVP Human Resources at Airwavz Solutions, Inc., where they are currently leading the HR function of the fast-growing and dynamic firm.

Christian Brutzman obtained a Masters in Human Resources Management from the Darla Moore School of Business in 1997, and a BA in Psychology from Swarthmore College in 1988. In 2017, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (SPHR\u00ae) Certification from the HR Certification Institute.
