Jay Cutler

Jay Cutler has a long and varied career in the telecommunications industry. Jay began their professional career in 1984 as an Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager for the United States Air Force. Jay then joined Sprint Nextel in 2004 as a Radio Frequency Engineer III, where they held multiple roles such as System Performance Engineer, Radio Frequency Engineering Manager, and Subject Matter Expert Traffic and Performance Engineer. In 2009, they joined Lockard and White, Inc. as a RF Site Manager/Project Manager/Program Manager/Senior Technologist. In 2014, they joined Airwavz Solutions, Inc. as the Managing Director-Network Operations, and held additional roles such as Director - Network Operations, Director of Strategic Market and Partner Development, Director of Emerging Markets and Special Projects, and Regional General Manager Business Development.

Jay Cutler attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2000 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Science in Electronics, Instructional, and Information Systems.
