Kelly Brcka, MBA has a wealth of work experience in the telecommunications and energy industries. Kelly began their career in 2007 as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Chain of Events, LLC. In 2008, they were appointed Channel Sales Manager for First Choice Power, where they managed three residential sales teams and launched a new telemarketing team in Florida. In 2010, they joined Green Mountain Energy Company as Director of Sales and was awarded Power Players, the company's top award for excellent sales achievements. In 2013, Kelly became Director of Sales at Smartlink, LLC, where they were responsible for direct sales and business development with wireless carriers and tower owners. Kelly then moved on to StarTech Networks Inc. in 2014 as Senior Director of Business Development. In 2017, Kelly joined Green Mountain Energy Company again as Manager of Residential Sales. In 2020, they became Director of Business Development at All States Engineering & Surveying, and in 2021 they took on roles as Director of Real Estate Partnerships at Airwavz Solutions, Inc. and City Representative for Dallas for the Women's Wireless Leadership Forum.

Kelly Brcka has a diverse educational background. Kelly obtained their GED from Norman High School, followed by a BBA in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. Kelly then earned a Real Estate Agent certification from Champions School of Real Estate and completed a Real Estate Investing course from Love American Homes. Kelly furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they have two professional certifications: a Masters Program (Master) from Rice University and a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
