Andy Boyd

Andy Boyd has an extensive career in air traffic control, currently serving as an Air Traffic Controller at Airways New Zealand since October 2003. Boyd has held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Operations - Service Delivery, where responsibilities included ensuring safe domestic air traffic services and performance management. Previous roles at Airways also encompass Manager Development Support, Manager Terminals - Service Delivery, and various leadership positions overseeing terminal services and oceanic air traffic control. Prior to joining Airways, Boyd worked at Hong Kong CAD - ATMD as an Approach/Enroute ATC and held positions within Airways New Zealand from January 1995 to May 1997, focusing on sector management.
