Fractional CMO at AirWorks

Michelle Heath has extensive experience in leadership and marketing positions. Michelle founded Growth Street in 2013 and served as the CEO, pioneering the fractional growth leadership category. Heath has also worked as a Fractional CMO at various companies such as AirWorks, Harver, Integrity Advantage, Cap8, and Alivia Analytics. In these roles, they led strategic brand and go-to-market efforts, driving successful business growth. Additionally, Heath served as a Board Member at Darwin Trust Company and MITX, where they contributed to the development of workplace change initiatives and women empowerment events. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they held the position of Fractional Digital Strategy Leader at E*TRADE and served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Currensee, playing a key role in building a trusted brand in the foreign exchange market.

Michelle Heath obtained a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In January 2017, they also received the "Blogger of the Quarter" certification from the American Marketing Association in Boston.
