Thaddeus Tessier has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Thaddeus began their career as a Reliability Analyst, CASS Administrator, and Lead Mechanic at Skyway Airlines, where they conducted audits of vendors and internal maintenance records, and created and modified aircraft inspection programs. Thaddeus then worked as a Quality Inspector at Skyway Airlines, performing heavy and line maintenance aircraft inspections and overseeing HMV processes.
In 2006, Tessier joined Zodiac Aerospace as an Aviation Maintenance Technician, where they troubleshooted and repaired aircraft components, completed return-to-service paperwork, and performed final inspections. Thaddeus then worked at Boeing Commercial Airplanes as an Aviation Maintenance Technician, Team Leader, and MRBD, leading crews in aircraft installations, maintenance, and alterations, and training and developing flight line inspectors.
Tessier joined Compass Airlines in 2009 as a Quality Control Inspector, ensuring the airworthiness of company aircraft and traveling for inspections and repairs. Thaddeus then worked as a 787 Quality Manager at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where they represented the company in the completion of refurbishments, performed inspections, and coordinated with suppliers on modifications.
From 2011 to 2014, Tessier served as a Programs and Projects Manager at Airworthy Aerospace Industries Incorporated, overseeing contracts and program delivery and reviewing project status and budgets. Thaddeus then joined Compass Airlines as a Manager of Quality Control, establishing and managing departmental operating guidance and providing on-call assistance.
In 2015, Tessier returned to Airworthy Aerospace Industries Incorporated as a Chief Inspector, leading and managing quality assurance and inspection department functions and serving as an FAA liaison. Thaddeus later became the Director of Quality and Project Management, directly overseeing quality functions and personnel and managing repair and manufacturing projects.
Most recently, Tessier worked as a Program Engineer at Endeavor Air, where they were responsible for engineering support related to the brand experience onboard the aircraft, provided engineering direction to internal and external stakeholders, and performed program management and financial analysis.
Overall, Tessier has a strong background in quality control, inspection, project management, and program delivery within the aviation industry.
Thaddeus Tessier's education history starts in 1992 when they attended Milwaukee Area Technical College for two years. During this time, they pursued a degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician. Then, in 1996, they enrolled at the Federal Aviation Academy, where they completed a certification in Reliability Based Maintenance.
