Matthew Lewis

Matthew Lewis has a strong background in manufacturing engineering and technical management. Matthew is currently working as the Manufacturing Engineering Lead - Battery at AIS since November 2022. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Norsk Hydro as a Technical Manager from October 2021 to November 2022 and as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer from July 2019 to October 2021. Before joining Norsk Hydro, Matthew worked at Hydro Components UK for over ten years as a New Product Introduction Engineer, where they collaborated closely with various automotive OEMs and suppliers. Matthew also has experience as a CNC/CMM Programmer at SAPA COMPONENTS UK LIMITED and as an Assistant Manager/Design Engineer at DesignTech Solutions, where they played a significant role in introducing 3D CAD and modelling and implementing administrative systems. Overall, Matthew Lewis is a highly experienced professional in manufacturing engineering and technical management.

Matthew Lewis attended Bournemouth University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree (hons) in Industrial and Product Design.
