Kiran Jyoti Shankar has significant work experience in the field of human resources. Kiran Jyoti is currently the Head of Talent Management and Learning & Development at Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) since September 2021. Previously, they worked at Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd for seven years, starting as an Assistant General Manager and later becoming a Senior Manager. In these roles, they focused on driving organizational initiatives, supporting business leaders, promoting diversity and inclusion, managing talent, and implementing campus hiring programs. Before that, they held positions at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, and Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited, where they gained experience in various aspects of HR management.

Kiran Jyoti Shankar's education history includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from Chetana's R. K. Institute of Management & Research from 2004 to 2006. In 2018, they completed a Management Development Program in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
